We are always at a confusion about how to reduce our cheek fat. Well, the answer to that question is that there is no way to reduce a specific region of your body. But we can relax our cheek muscles which will make them more flexible and look aligned. This column comprises 10 easy exercises that will help us with our cheek bones.
1. Clockwise and Anti-clockwise Circles
- Close your mouth, purse your lips and move your mouth clockwise in circles. Do this for at least 30 seconds.
- After completing the clockwise rotation, purse your lips and move your mouth anti-clockwise in circles.
- Repeat it for 30 seconds.
2. Neck Lift
- Raise your head to look at the ceiling. Stretch your lower jaw forward, and hold this position for several seconds, then release.
- Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.
- This will not only help you with your cheekbones but also with your neck muscles.
- This exercise tightens neck muscles and reduces necklines.
3. Lips Down Pull
- Start with your mouth closed.
- Pull the corners of your mouth down.
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat this exercise for at least 30 seconds.
- Please look straight ahead during the exercise.
4. Puffy Cheeks
- Close your mouth and puff your cheeks with air.
- Use your hands to press on your cheeks.
- Hold it for a few seconds, relax and repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.
5. Jaw Line
- Start with your mouth slightly opened.
- Move your chin from one side to the other.
- Now repeat this exercise for at least 30 seconds.
6. Marilyn
- Start with your mouth closed.
- Purse your lips and blow a kiss.
- Hold it for a few seconds. Relax and repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.
- This exercise helps tighten the muscles around your mouth.
7. AEIOU
- Open your mouth as wide as you can.
- Say the English vowels “A”, “E”, “I”, “O”, “U” in succession.
- Repeat this several times.
8. Eye Lifter
- Put finger tips of your right hand on the outer corner of your left eye.
- Gently pull your head to the right.
- Return to the starting position, change side and repeat.
9. Lion
- Close your mouth, close your eyes and take a deep breath.
- Then exhale with a “HA” sound, tongue stretched out and eyes looking up.
- Go back to the starting position and repeat this exercise.
10. Eye Circles
- Start with your eyes open.
- Slowly rotate your eyes clockwise.
- Change direction after a few circles.
